It's a cool Hostel. It includes a free dinner which is pretty cool. Nice people and really laid back. Don't expect to sleep too much though.

Had an amazing time thanks to matty and Dom!! Dinner amazing bed so comfortable! The staff were brilliant, they made the atmosphere amazing. Lapa is the place to be if you want to see how carioche's like to party. Wahey best time of my year xx

Want to drink so much you can´t find your feet? Want to forget all of life´s troubles? This place is the spot! Nonstop music and fun will make you explodeeee! Plus tasty dinners are great in bringing people together and making fast and easy friends! Fun volunteers like Franklin make the hostel worth staying ;)

Awesome hostel! They have a communal dinner which is excellent, you'll never leave the table hungry, dissatisfied or without meeting a new friend! The staff are even better, especially Yvonne. Answered all my questions and went out of her way even when it wasn't her day to work - Thank you, you're the best!

Highly recommended hostel in Rio! Really enjoyed my stay in December last year. People and staff are really friendly and helpful, there is always lots of entertainment, food, music, and good energies :) Would definitley visit again! Thanks for everything!

Going to Bananaz Hostel was the best decision for us. We were 3 girls wanting to get to know rio But we also got to know the best people so we left this Place with a lot more beautiful experiences than we expected. After a few days the hostel wasn’t only our accommodation it was our home. The hosts and the guests are a gathering of people you feel comfortable with. After dinner which is so good btw you either go out with almost everyone from the hostel or hang out together jamming and talking Besides having breakfast dinner and a comfortable bed the atmosphere at this hostel is not comparable to other places. We had a really good time and we’re definitely coming back soon!!
